- Canva provides NO indemnification for content. If an infringement claim arises, you must stop using the Content immediately at your own expense and delete from all systems (CLA Section 11).
- Pro Content is licensed per-design (One Design Use License). Each new design using the same Pro Content requires a new license, including Magic Resized designs (CLA Section 4).
- Pro Content online use is limited to 480,000 total pixels per file unless published via Canva's website endpoint or Canva-hosted embed (CLA Section 5A).
- Branded Content is personal use only — no commercial or promotional use (CLA Section 5B). Disney Content is personal/educational only (Sections 5C, 5D).
